Unfortunately Outback Steakhouse does not do catering. Outback Steakhouse is an American casual dining restaurant chain centered around an Australian theme. The wholly owned subsidiary was found in 1988 in Florida by Bob Basham, Trudy Cooper, Chris Sullivan, and Tim Gannon. Expansion began in Canada in 1996. All meat on the menu is heavily seasoned with 17 spices available for all the steaks. Outback prides itself on “full flavor” food, as it fries its food in beef tallow, uses real butter, and uses heavy cream in most dishes. Also, burgers are ground from beef tenderloin. Menus are regionalized to satisfy people’s accustomed taste in that particular region. Signature dishes on the menu include Bloomin’ Onion, Alice Springs chicken quesadillas, chicken artichoke flatbread, Outback Special Sirloin, and dinner combinations such as sirloin & choice of shrimp, ribs & chicken on the Barbie, and filet & lobster trail. Outback Steakhouses is very involved in their communities. The chain now has 979 locations dispersed in North America, Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, etc.
